Physical description: Rectangular moulded metal machine (possibly iron?) on four legs with metal wheel for turning at one end and hinged wooden lid attached at other end. Wheel has wooden handle. Hinged smooth roller attached mid-way between two narrower ends of machine which, when moved into horizontal position, sits above ridged roller set into machine near wheel end. When closed, wooden lid covers machine; when open fully, it extends length of surface onto which lokshen dough is laid.
